I used to suffer from chronic back pain for six years. It affected every area in my life - my career, my relationships and my happiness. With hypnosis I finally got the pain level under control and would go for months without pain. However I was having a bit of a rough time when the pain returned and I could feel that old sense of the world closing in on me, feeling cut off from people because I was in such pain.
